Vision & Mission
Our Vision
It is necessary to emphasize first that the right to freedom of opinion is an absolute right which cannot be restricted under any circumstances and includes the right to change views. Discrimination against any person, restriction or derogation of any other rights is not permitted based on his or her views. This part of the right includes protection for all forms of opinion, including political, religious and other views that may be contrary to those adopted by the majority in the country or that differ or contradict those adopted by the state departments or the ruling party. It is necessary to point out that many United Nations expert bodies have stressed that restrictions on the right to freedom of expression must be the exception rather than the rule, and that in adopting laws that provide for restrictions, States should always be guided by the principle that the essence of rights should not be hindered by restrictions.
Freedom of thought and expression is therefore an essential feature of the advancement of society, a cornerstone of democracy, a means of self-expression and a guarantee of the transmission and reception of information and ideas without censorship or any kind of restrictions or violations.
The exercise of this right to freedom of expression creates a state of harmony between the different views, but the most important is to preserve them to ensure a multiplicity of opinions while establishing a base of availability and impartiality at the same time. From this point, members of Skyline Foundation believe that individuals and groups in the Arab region must enjoy their rights to freedom of expression and to freedom of opinion through various means of social communication within the values of tolerance and acceptance of the other within the scope of human rights contained in international conventions and agreements.
It is a long established fact that a reader will be distracted by the readable content of a page when looking at its layout. The point of using is that it has a more-or-less normal distribution of letters, as opposed to using Content.
